The terms for using our website.

These terms apply to your use of the Bikur Cholim D'Satmar London website. The website is run by Bikur Cholim D'Satmar London (“Bikur Cholim”, “we”, “us”, “our”), a registered charity in England and Wales (charity number 1085965) and a company limited by guarantee (company number 4001168), with its registered office at Ground Floor, 2a Northfield Road, London N16 5RN.

By using our website you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the website. These terms cover the website only; separate agreements apply when you receive care or support from us, volunteer, or work for us.

Our website and contact form are not monitored around the clock and must not be used in an emergency. If you or someone else is in immediate danger, call 999. Areas of the website marked for staff use are only for people we have authorised. If you have staff login details, you must keep them confidential.

• All donations are made voluntarily to Bikur Cholim D'Satmar London, registered charity number 1085965, and are used to further our charitable purposes.
• Monthly donations continue until you cancel them. You can cancel at any time by contacting us.
• If you make a donation in error, please contact us within 30 days and we will do our best to refund it. Refunds are given at our discretion and cannot be given once Gift Aid has been claimed on the donation, unless the claim can be reversed.
• Gift Aid lets us claim an extra 25p from HMRC for every £1 you give. By making a Gift Aid declaration, you confirm that you are a UK taxpayer and that you understand that if you pay less Income Tax and/or Capital Gains Tax than the amount of Gift Aid claimed on all your donations in that tax year, it is your responsibility to pay any difference. Please tell us if you change your name or address, or no longer pay enough tax.
• Card payments are processed securely by our payment provider. We do not store your full card details.

When you send us a message, please give accurate details so that we can reply. We aim to respond to enquiries promptly, but sending a message does not create a commitment to provide a particular service. We will use the information you send in line with our Privacy Policy.

The content on this website, including text, photographs, graphics, logos and the Bikur Cholim name and branding, belongs to us or is used with permission. You may view, print and share pages for personal, non-commercial use, or to tell others about our work, as long as you do not change them and you credit Bikur Cholim.

You must not use our name, logo or content for commercial purposes, fundraising, or in a way that suggests we endorse you, without our written permission. Photographs of service users, volunteers and staff must not be reused under any circumstances.

Our website includes links to other organisations, such as crisis support services and partner charities, for your information. We do not control those websites and are not responsible for their content, availability or privacy practices.

We provide the website free of charge and do not guarantee that it will always be available or uninterrupted. We may suspend, change or withdraw any part of the website at any time, for example for maintenance or updates.
